Make it personal and train with me on a 1-2-1 basis.

After a long chat, where I fully delve into your lifestyle, I identify any barriers that may get in your way, talk about how we can overcome them, have fun with a few fitness tests and explore your individual goals.

From this I design your unique plan which is aligned to your longer-term goals, the only barrier to success at this point is yourself.

In training sessions I blend traditional strength-based techniques to increase muscle, with sculpting moves to create shape, then combine Pilates focused core and stretching moves for balance, all focusing on your goals.

You really will sculpt your body whilst becoming the most energised, confident version of yourself, having built a sustainable lifestyle that is fully in tune with your needs and cycles.

If you work with me at this level, expect results, but don’t expect it to be easy!

How it works

As a 1-2-1 client you would embark on my popular 12-week Lifestyle Reshape programme.

Working with me during this fun yet intense time frame will enable you to establish an exciting new routine around exercise and nutrition whist being less likely to regress.

You will feel energised, stronger, more motivated, have a clearer mind and feel ready to take on anything.

Once you have achieved this, you’ll be confident to jump onto the Maintain the Change programme. This can quite often be the hardest of all phases, making sure old habits don’t creep back in. I will still be there, motivating and cheering you at our weekly sessions.
